You've got to start factoring in that low end wcdma chipsets (ie those enabling basic UMTS handsets) are going to become really cheap due to handset supply volume increases once the remaining fundamental patents expire. What difference does the expiration of the basic patents make on low-end chipset pricing? Slacker
