Phoenix - thanks for the research - very interesting. I'm at the point where I was personally lied to about certain things with this company by the person who is apparently back (or never gone) and now I'm thinking that the reason for all of the fuss with MW, including the lawsuit, is not because the company or the technology is so great, but because this company is a cash cow for those on the BOD or doing PRs. (Run-on sentence.) Sorry, just my opinion. I'm holding my shares because they aren't worth much anyway. Leyland
