However, your litany of complaints about Bramson and management contains nothing criminal per se. Bramson is an arrogant little twirp who will never experience or understand the masculine thrill of being a truly significant CEO who can make customers demand his products or services. He's just a shy and physically frail empty suit who only knows how to sweet talk idiotic pension fund managers to sell their positions of vulnerable companies to him so he can claim "ownership", do a boardroom coup, raise dividends and do buybacks and then sell off in 18 months. In other words, he's a dickless leech spawn from Thatcher/Reagan/Friedman laissez-faire economics who does nothing of any tangible value to the economy. However, he is not stupid and has always disclosed his relationships and his unethical, though as far as I can see legal, use of Ampex's money. But, if you have credible or serious evidence, please immediately supply that to the proper authorities. If they say there's nothing criminal, your gripe can continue to a Civil Court in the form of a class action suit. Let me know, I would be glad to join. |
