Mohan, your conclusion is the most honest one by anyone. None of us has the foggiest. We have writers who in minutes critisize the deal not considering the fact that the board had to have met many times on this, and why to make it a cash offer. Personally, I hope they continue to downgrade the company, as I will be a buyer. The downgrades are no surprise nor are the credit ratings. GTE knew this was coming and expected it. Now what I want to know is what really is going to be the outcome and what is going on in the strategy rooms which we are not privy to. There is most definetly a chess game going on, and it will become clearer soon.
