Well now this gets even more interesting. It appears as though Barclay Donaldson...aka Dave Lewis...has a part in this whole thing:
Sunburst Alliance Inc., a company controlled by Anthony Boyden [905-642-9550], Administered by Rhonda Windsor [905-898-2646] and Managed by David Lewis [President] entered into an agreement to purchase RM Communications earlier this year and has been using RMC infrastructure, materials, financial statements, it's name and it's clients in an attempt to take Sunburst Alliance Inc. public and attract new clients and partners.
On Friday July 29, 2005 RMC was advised in person by Tony Boyden and Rhonda Windsor that the Company would never make it to OTC-BB or the Pink Sheets from it's current status on the "Greys" [see symbol sbst.pk]. RMC also learned at that time that certain Directors of the Corporation had not been advised of this situation and that the majority of supplier accounts had gone unpaid for months. The majority of accounts that had been paid were paid directly by RMC. They included requested but separate accounting audit services billings, office space rental charges, cell phone billings, web site building costs, infrastructure set-up, etc. Further to this the Company had not met it's obligations to RMC concerning the acquisition and has had RMC raise investment dollars for purposes that now appear nebulous.
RMC is currently discussing it's options with it's legal advisor and preparing contact and informational materials to post to this website over the following days and weeks so that interested or affected parties will have access to all available resources and information. RMC feels that this is extremely important at this point in time as regulatory bodies are currently under the impression that the acquisition of RMC by Sunburst Alliance Inc. has closed which it has not. Without RMC the Company is simply a shell with no revenues, no clients, no office... just a story that now appears not to be a very good one.
SHAREHOLDERS ARE WARNED THAT THEY COULD BE IN DANGER OF LOSING THEIR INVESTMENT. POTENTIAL PARTNERS ARE WARNED TO DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE NOT ONLY ON THE COMPANY BUT IT'S DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT. RMC WILL ASSIST WITH ANY REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WHEREVER IT CAN. SINCE JULY 29, 2005 WHEN THIS INFORMATION CAME TO LIGHT ONE DIRECTOR HAS ALREADY RESIGNED ALTHOUGH THE COMPANY HAS YET TO ISSUE A NEWS RELEASE. IT SHOULD ALSO BE KNOWN THAT THE OWNERSHIP AND MUCH OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF SUNBURST ALLIANCE INC. IS THE SAME AS THAT INVOLVED WITH CASHCO AND GROWTH LOGIC BOTH OF WHICH WE ARE AWARE WERE PREVIOUS INCARNATIONS OF SUNBURST ALLIANCE INC.
Should the status of the situation between RMC and Sunburst Alliance Inc. change to the positive we will advise all those who wish to be made aware via email. RMC concerns are that future Sunburst Alliance Inc. business practises be conducted in a professional ethical manner and that current management practices be abandoned for open and honest communications.
RMC has been communicating with Company President David Lewis in an attempt to resolve the situation, however, in the past we feel that he has taken direction from Anthony Boyden rather than from the Board of Directors. As of 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2005 President David Lewis was unable to make a commitment to the settlement of outstanding dollars owed to RMC, or to any of the suppliers, in a one on one telephone conversation with RMC. When asked if he could make a decision without the approval of Tony Boyden he declined to answer. Mr. Lewis was reminded that Sunburst Alliance Inc. is a public company.
