It will be therapeutic for Texas to find out what CA found out a few years back. I couldn't agree more. We apparently need an example in a state which can't be simply dismissed as a home of tree huggers. Although it too will undoubtedly be rationalized by free marketeers, who have a boundless supply of rationalizations.
