Although it too will undoubtedly be rationalized by free marketeers, who have a boundless supply of rationalizations. Yes. Why is it such a difficult thing to comprehend, that any system which can be gamed for money, will be gamed? For some obscure reason, people think that deregulated, for profit systems, will have dynamics which are mostly beneficial to the market served. This is not true at all. The market served (energy, healthcare, whatever) can in fact be almost entirely tangential to the scams being run for profit, using them as a vehicle.
