I don't see why the Drug Cartels would be out of business....Seems that they would have open season to bring in anything they pleased....unless somehow the various States had everything go through their warehouses.... Many States have grocery stores with liquor sales....WA State has only liquor stores, except for wine and beer....those are grocery store items. Wonder if we will live to see the day that we go to the grocery store check out and hear the person ahead of us say; "I'll have 10 snorts of coke, please"...."or maybe it would be cheaper in a couple of six packs".... Also wonder if we will be able to have Tasers to protect ourselves and our property from the riffraff....???
