Woerns, the 4.86M shares must have been an institutional holder. Thought it might be Saifun's largest shareholder, Efi Gildor, liquidating the SPSN he got, but he only got about 1.1M shares as I calculate it.
That trade was about 3% of outstanding shares, so both the buyer and seller may have to be reported, if they were/will be at 5% or above.
Still sitting on my shares. About 0.000003847583757% of my portfolio (just kidding).
I noticed that short interest was up 4% in last reporting period, now at 17M shares, 11% of outstanding shares and 14% of the float.
That's a pretty huge chunk of float! If SPSN did a reverse split, say 1:3, would it force shorts to cover? OTOH, it might encourage more shorting, since many brokerages won't allow new short positions below $3 per share. Are there any other tricks like that can be played?
Best trick would be to turn at least cashflow positive.
