I think he is right in that in some areas what used to be a perfectly legal toilet is now illegal, and in some you have to put up with the low flow shower heads ... when you are dictating what kind of toilet a person can have in their home you have gone pretty far. I don't do any of the environmental stuff myself cause I'm not too concerned what happens to the earth after I die.
