Another source for chip making process, is listening to the audio of Art Z. from UTEK available at nasdaq.com after looking up news for UTEK. He gives a reasonably good description of the different processes and the equipment required. Good story on the Semi Equipment book to bill at biz.yahoo.com One has to ignore the headline and look at the substance. i.e. - Both orders and billings continued to rise with billings rising fastest. :-) Keep their sales and earnings rolling in folks.
