I did like a lot of what he said that you didn't repeat:

He will cut billions in wasteful spending.
He will not invest in unproven missile defense systems
He will negotiate with Russia to take ICBMs off hairtrigger alert.
He will initiate a defense priorities board to oversee the quadrennial review to ensure it isn't used to justify unnecessary spending.
