Fool. If ANWR had been shut out we'd be producing from there by now.

It takes time to bring production up. For example, we have just leased some property for drilling, and were advised it could be 18 months before a determination is made whether to proceed or not. This crap doesn't happen overnight.

As to economics, you don't know crap about it and it is evident. CJ knows about what you do (you may remember, he chided me about my "knowledge" of economics in the same post he claimed it would take $100 Billion to do an express rail line between Houston and Dallas). He knows his shit ;)
