I am not willing to agree the assumption you proposed is practical but based on that assumption I disagree with you anyway. It is not the same as being an identical twin born at another time. Cloning is referenced. A clone must reference the original as his source unlike a traditional twin. The assumption I made was a choice assumption. Would you want to choose to be a clone of someone else rather than be born an individual. That has a psychological impact in the case of human clones.

I agree that you wouldn't in any event be the same or even a very similar person unless raised by the original and then it would be more like the similarities of most father and son situations. Generational drives are different from one generation to the next and individualized for each of us. Motivation in life endeavors are constructed from circumstance and experience, genetic make up plays a small part, a very small part. Some of the constructs I consider are curiosity, courage, Confidence, challenge, success/failure orientations, needs and wants, Incentives, Power, values, power, control, personal fortune. |
