Hi fuddled and thanks for sharing your thoughts. By the way, I am not looking for empathy...not that kind of guy. In regard to the criminal act, the criminal act that has been committed by Ampex against its shareholders is so obvious and blatant that the current and former executives of Ampex will get what is coming to them, somehow they always do. Crooks always get caught in the end. I'm just surprised that you did not recognize it. The sad irony of it all is that even Bramson and his followers, I don't believe, know what criminal act they have committed against its shareholders also. An SEC criminal investigation is really what is needed to expose them for what they are...criminals? Again, I will offer them my humble apologies for suspecting them as criminals for stealing from its shareholders if the criminal investigation by the SEC shows no wrong doing.
