What changed our use of booze and cigarettes? Cigarettes - high and ever rising taxes and laws banning their use in bars, restaurants, and work places and more all the time. I'm not sure booze consumption is down but if it is that's probably due draconian DUI penalties and the ever lowering blood alcohol limits. We're little puppets on a string.
