I loved and still do love frogs, snakes, bugs. I'd catch pollywogs in jars and bring them in to the house hoping to grow frogs. I'd bring caterpillars in to grow into butterflies and would trap bugs of all kinds and watch them for hours. Mom always made me take what ever it was I'd caught outside. Do you remember the horses kids would make out of sticks and string? I'd make them for all the kids in the neighborhood so that we could play round up. I should have been an entomologist.
