I always thought SPSNs 45nm process would be dry. If it ever was that way then it sounds like Dario admitted that SPSN would switch 45nm to immersion. If SPSN began switching 45nm to immersion in the beginning of 2008 I expect the 45nm process to be postponed.

There was a reference in one of the CCs about Spansion 45nm using immersion - and it being a bottleneck (or prerequisite)for 45nm production.

I suspect Numonyx is not using immersion.
