Sounds like a plan. I don't know if you call what I ate today "eating poorly;" maybe so. For lunch today, I had an Amy's Organic 4 cheese 12 oz. (small) pizza made on an organic rice crust. I feel like a did a good deed with all those "organics" in the product description and those exotic crust ingredients. <g> (7th one down) amys.com
