By the way, the WMD angle never was compelling to me despite what the Bush administration said. Instead, I believed in democratizing Iraq. Nothing wrong with that belief, except that it cost a lot more than I ever imagined. How come Afghanistan was a cakewalk by comparison?

You don't violate a nation's sovereignty because you think you know what's best for it. You do it only in defense of you're own country. The neos believed we were superior in everyway and acted accordingly.
