We do not have divided government. The Republican Congress is scared and voting for crazy things like the farm bill. Next week the Senate starts on Cap and Trade. Let's see if we have divided government. Also, watch the markets this fall - I look for huge selling of long term gains and a market drop so that the current cap gains rate is captured.
