I'd love to hear some comments as to this question.... One of my sons asked this today: If Obama picks Sam Nunn as a running mate and McCain picks Mike Huckabee, what would you do? And I would add to this question....this question would assume that the Republicans would have control of the Senate at the least. I guess I feel that I wouldn't vote for McCain/Huckabee...just in case McCain became incapacitated for some reason. I would vote for Sam Nunn, and know that it might be possible that Obama might not ever include Nunn in any deliberations. But this would be a tough call if the House and Senate both go to the Dems.... Of course, the whole question would be mute, because Nunn wouldn't run with Obama....at least I don't think he would.
