There is no lock on reserves. The point that Tide made is that these fields could be reduced from the future drilling of China/Cuba. No one here knows that the fields would not be affected.

Right now, the Bakkens are mostly providing us with investment profits based on future potential. That has been a very good run for those who follow the oil sector. Now, let's see some production...(s)
