That's the problem.....we mean two different things when we talk about defending the country. You all believe in Vietnamish kind of moves where you fukk with countries trying to align them in ways that are beneficial to you. That's not defending other countries but throwing your weight around........its called bullying by some. A remade Middle East would have had far reaching benefits for America in general. Read my lips: America can not remake the ME. I knew that back in 2003......I hope you know that now. Only problem was that we bit off way more than we could chew ... and even what we bit off is just a small part of the cookie. The problem was we didn't know what we are doing......period.
