HArry, I used the 27,000 people and came up with 80k profit per employee. Like I said, I use this statistic to gage a compnies system efficiency. don't know about the CA reults.. that sounds high for a software compnay. they only have 9000 employees. I don't know about 104,000 profit per employee for CA. I'm going to check it out. remember, I take out all the onetime adjustments... but, I think CA is great compnay. Cpq still uses one of their software prodcuts to run their ww buiness. It's called ASK and cpq still has it on hp3000's to handle all business and mfg'ing and acct'ing needs.
