It is good to see lying neolib expose it's comprehension of science acquired by those who have a doctorate in basket weaving.

CO2 is constant everywhere. a few ppm variation. h20 varies by tens of thousands of PPM and the results are clearly visible and measured both daily and annually. the radiation rate is obviously driven by h20 and CO2 has no measurable effect.

There is no body of science that can show how CO2 can change the heating of cooling of any place on the earth today or this year or decade or century.

there is only speculation by models and mann rigging the interpretation of past fossil temp proxy data.

one can see the few ppm variations of CO2 annually, but one cannot see any variations in cooling rates in any time scale in even the driest locations on earth.

your lies or delusions of a very large body of knowledge is amusing.
