The whole world is praising Obama vs. McCain. I don't think there's a single country's leader on the planet who wants McCain to win, except maybe the Saudis and Kuwaitis. SO Castro is just another one. Also, castro is probably reacting to Obama's positive news ideas for how to handle Cuba. Clearly, 45 years of embargo and tough talk no action do nothing to solve the Cuban problem. All they do is keep Castro in power but keep his people poor and hungry.
