Well if you're not Dave Lewis, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Here's a question. Why would you make the following statement if this whole thing was legitimate:

Appears as though you think this is stock going down a dead end. You seem quite concerned over my contacting the authorities. If you're an honest law abiding citizen you would be applauding my getting to the bottom of this and putting a stop to future innocent people possibly losing their investment. If the authorities investigate and find nothing on those involved with the company, then c'est la vie. Egg on my face. Hopefully this then takes off. If they find some illegalities, well, I and others are out our money and some people end up in trouble with authorities.
I've spoke via phone and e-mail to some other investors with this company, and they pretty much feel their money is gone, and has been gone for quite some time. They, like myself, had a glimmer of hope, but after the last 2 weeks, that glimmer has faded even more. Maybe if Rutkowksi took the reins, we investors could've made a go of it...but you didn't seem to like Rutkowski running the show. I wonder why?

Ain't it funny how a couple of "independent" individuals were recently added to the BoD and one of their first moves was to oust the CEO. You gotta wonder if the purpose of these guys being added was truely for "NASDAQ compliancy" or was it a move by Ed to oust Marc?"
