If we could see ongoing use profiles for marijuana, I'm sure it drops off steadily with age. That's ironic because the older you get, the more you can afford it, and odds are you have a private home where you can indulge at no risk. It's a "so what" issue for most people over time. The biggest plus in decriminalizing soft drugs would be to stop the ancillary crime and the flood of money that goes to bad guys in the marijuana business.
