News in from the sec site:pre 14a Annual meeting in philly at ritz carlton on 11/26? ( I may have exact day wrong) proposals on proxy to vote for: authorize 1 million preferred authorize 1 for two,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,or10 reverse (8 seperate proposals) increase authorized from 150million to 300 million I read this pretty quick to get "gist" over to you so please read for your self asap, regards p.b.
