Tom, I'm sure the float has to be larger based on the activity over the past 2 days. Several of us have been following CVIA for a long time. In May,97 the shareholders approved increasing the "authorized shares" to 100M. I have reviewed the SEC filings and I have calculated that the debentures issued last April-June probably resulted in an increase in the Total Shares Outstanding of somewhere in the range of 22M - 29M. So I figure the Total Shares Outstanding to be somewhere around 40 million. I think Wayne can confirm that from his findings also as I recall. As for the web site, I talked to the company about that. They said they are planning to update it as quickly as they can get to it, but with everything else going on, it may take a week or so. ALSO, it sounds like there is a flurry of activity going on at the company. They're not saying anything, but they sure are busy!! Best wishes, Brad
