We need to de-criminalize all drugs, tax them, and provide treatment centers for all users. This would be better than the crazy attempt to stop the cartels in Mexico and South America who are mudering police and politicians who are trying to stop them. Take the profit out of selling. Give addicts free drugs so they won't have to steal, kill and become prostitutes to afford their habits. Of course, we Americans are not there yet because of tying morality to drug use. Any adult in America can get Xanex, Vicodin, etc...and it is legal.
