Lane3: Only if you define "failure" in the terms specified by the catastrophe crowd. If you look at "failure" the way, say, an economist would, Boy, that's a wild approach. You really want to put the consequences of GW down against economics? The consequences of GW could be rather daunting. Bush "solved" the terrorism problem Iraq was never about terrorism, so the failure of Bush was to allow a smaller problem of terrorist in Afghanistan get bigger because of his misguided policy in Iraq. Like I said, fail to address problems and they just become bigger problems. Steve
