actually I do not think that that is a democracy. Companies are obligated to act in the best interests of the stockholders. Stockholders do have some democratic powers within the company to elect the board of directors but the do not control supply and demand, IMHO.
As you know Jerry is going to be out of amd in few years. He is going to take retirement and I think it was semi-forced. If the companies would not get together now then in few years it might be too late for this market.
