some of today's action has to do with a couple of ws gurus telling their clients that technologies are "over-valued" and the situation could get worse (they'll get it right one of these days). article appeared on the DJN this a.m. IOM has been given no premium for earnings. many take this as a sign. TI, CPQ and other technologies had a run up prior to earnings. the down volume on all the technologies is very light today. people are assuming the worst even if some of the best just crossed through.
