The problem in Bolivia is that the vast majority have nothing while a few people of privelege who got their wealth by questionable means have everything.
The middle and lower class US taxpayer is the one footing the 125 million sent to the privileged in Bolivia to use whatever means necessary to keep their privilege.
I am quite sure that those that profit in Bolivia have not the slightest intention of sharing their wealth with the US taxpayer who paid the 125 million.
