It has nothing to do with the legitimacy of this stock. It has to do with losing your sanity over a monetary loss. Forwarding my e-mail re: NIHK to the RCMP is a fairly ridiculous thing to do IMO when my identity can easily be found out by contacting the admin here. They know where my posts come from. oh.sure over on RB went off the deep-end long ago, even when he was *PUMPING* under the alias rideris0, frequently contradicting basher "hpobet", who called this a scam on a daily basis. hpobet is probably his hero now. Or maybe he *was* hpobet to create some message board banter! LOL! Like you said, I really have nothing to be worried about since I am not David Lewis. Do you honestly think David Lewis would use his REAL NAME when setting up a HOTMAIL account with the intention to defraud investors?!?! Just stop and think about that for a minute.
Is ACII really bogus and was it intended to scam people? I honestly do not know, I don't *believe* so but I could be wrong. The postings of the past week or two did not convince me one way or the other. Marc has made some terrible decisions over the years, it could very well be he just got involved with the wrong people by not doing proper DD, he's done *THAT* before. He clearly bungled the KSI acquisition, telling investors we would have it in a couple of months when he didn't know the terms Kotsonis had regarding the financing of the shop equipment. The acquisition took more than two years because of that gaffe! When they signed with Cornell, Marc was under the delusion that Cornell would hold stock and was interested in the success of the company. Even small retail investors who follow the pennies knew that was not the case. Maybe Marc was lying (only he can answer that). The jury is still out, IMO, on whether ot not LACC is a scam to defraud investors. All we know right now is that they have KSI and have increased KSI sales. I personally spoke to someone at APM a few years ago who witnessed the LACC process, he said it was for real, called it "the cat's a s s". He was not affiliated with any of these characters or with ACII, he was the fixture/tooling manager at APM. Coincidentally, his initials are DD, I got his name from a magazine article in a machinist's trade magazine.

You've inferred I didn't want Rutkowski running the show from that post? Like I said ... be careful not to get too emotionally involved where you no longer become rational. I posed a simple question as to the possibility that they added those board members to oust Marc (which is entirely possible - it's called "speculation"). And for the record, Rutkowski is an ENGINEER, he has a completely different skillset/background than one needed to be a CEO. Nothing in Rutkowski's career history indicates he should even attempt to be a CEO. All I suggested was maybe he *WANTED* a new CEO given the many mistakes of Walther. I'd rather Rutkowski stay than Walther as he is the guy behind the technology.
If Jesus was invested in ACII, WWJD? Would he call the RCMP over message board postings? Highly unlikely, IMO. Then again, I don't think Jesus was all that interested in monetary wealth. ;-) |
