I agree with you Toby, and I have an investment in SDLI which Value Line Special Situations wrote up a year or so ago. SDLI's sales are very small compared to COHRs and there are more shares outstnding. It seems to me that COHR, strong financially and in every other way should be able to stay competitive, perhaps through acqisition, if not with its own research and development.
