It is you who are asserting facts when all you really have is opinion.

You use fallacious logic to establish your "fact".

Unless of course you start with the assumption that every single crime ever committed resulted in charges. If that is your preliminary assumption then your conclusion might have some weight. But as anyone with a brain can understand, that preliminary assumption is absurd.

And anyone stating "no charges" as any kind of proof is using fallacious logic.
