If you ever spent some time working with Washington types, you would know what a vain rationalization that is for every wannabe who wants to act like an egomaniacal prick and get away with it.

You may get the rare Churchill who is also a great politician, but most who follow that road will burn bridges left and right and get dumped out of office with little lasting impact.

Many, many wannabes have tried.
