I don't have to explain away anything. The burden of proof lies with the person making a positive assertion, in this case the one who is saying that there was no crime.

There has been no proof proffered to establish that there was no crime committed. That is my simple point.

You guys like to make believe that it is an established fact that there was no crime. That is simply not the case.

Do you understand now or do I need to explain it 2 more times?
