Dear Derek,
That would be rather sentimental for the sentencing to occur on December 8th. That is really touching...(smile). You deserve that sentiment after all that you had to endure because of your exposing this scam. Your information should have been recieved and accepted a bit more graciously.
Thankyou for articulating the NVID press release and offering some sensible interpretation. I honestly do not think that alot of investors read news releases and try to make realistic rationale. I agree that Arata's credentials leave much to be desired as the inventor of a magical microbicide. He does not have the Scientific foundation and education that one would need to expand upon what has already been discovered and patented.
What has really thrown me for a loop and disgusted me throughout this whole fiasco has been the NVID press releases that get everyone's "hopes" "faith" "dreams" and "wishes" up high for cures and solutions to highly emotional charged issues like the "bee-mite problem," and "food contamination" scares. Their press releases advertising Microsafe or "Axen" as offering a solution to the bee-mite problem, when there hadn't even been any true testing of any significance -- other than Arata's basement laboratory, was so very blatantly deceptive.
I still maintain that common sense dictates that Arata is no inventor of the magical miracle micorbicidal invention of the century. The CEO of CEGE was interviewed on CNBC yesterday and he told of the time consuming and laborious sacrifices that have been made in bringing their cancer gene therapy to it's current level of "hope." --Six years of actual lab testing for their specific product has been required thusfar -- and they are just now ready to introduce human trials -- with no guarantee that they will be successful, or that another more sophisticated technology might replace or "expand upon" their diligent endeavors. Technology is rapidly outpacing itself and is so exponential at this point in time that even the top research scientists, chemists, microbiologists and biologists -- are facing brutal competition, and having to deal with data that rapidly becomes obsolete. So why should anyone be hoping, praying, dreaming, wishing, supporting -- whatever you want to call it -- that this Axen product exists and was invented by Arata.
Go fiqure, Derek, I don't understand why these comfortable salaries are being paid to justify this kind of nonsense. Thanks again for all your efforts to get through to would-be-investors, and take comfort in the knowledge that you have been largely successful and that justice will prevail -- it just seems to take too much time. The wheels of justice grind very, extremely, slowly and expensively. We get to pay the price both emotionally and financially for these scamsters and theives -- but we just gotta live with it.
Best wishes,
Cindy |
