N. Korea WAS cheating and EVERYBODY expected them to, but they weren't going into an All Out program to build and test nukes, which they NOW have after Bush's brilliance.

That view of history would support your interpretation of the available facts. What did they do, start working two shifts or three shifts a day?

At best, they would have reached your view of today's North Korea nuke arsenal a little slower than that under Bush. It would seem to me the sooner we discovered NK had nukes, the better.

Which begs the question, if a democrat is elected democrat and sits down with Iran with no preconditions, are we to sleep better knowing the Iranians would not be in an "all out program" to build and test their nuke?

Hell, let's just sell them a few and call their bluff.
