John, I agree with what you say about the VP slot. Obama seems like a pragmatic guy to me and that seems to be the most "pragmatic" choice. I'm not so sure about McCain being such a "hawk" though. McCain has actually BEEN to War, unlike these guys in the Whitehouse now that like to "play" War, so I'm not so sure that he wouldn't be "more" reluctant than anybody else to start another one.
