Not really. Furthermore, not all Shiites or Sunnis are alike. Most of the Shiites of Iraq follow the moderate Sistani.

And there are the clans. As I've said since before the war, too many moving parts. Hell the Iraqi's don't really understand it all, how can you expect us to understand?

Trying to bring all these 'parts' together in one cohesive national government (that isn't run by a tyrant) is a pipe dream. Especially when the factions are also competing for something like 120 Billion barrels of oil reserves at $125 per barrel.
