If the force ramped down rapidly to say 50,000 and they backstopped the Iraqi army - I would pay that price.

So you would be happy to see US forces in Iraq reduced by more than half in the next few years. That is probably what will happen regardless who is elected. All this election rhetoric distracts from the fundamental equation.
