Ken Beal - never take investment advice from someone who will sell it to you. Period.

I've never heard of the Delta, but have of the Turtles, and studied Pristine for about two days until I figured out what they were all about.

If you don't have time, inclination, motivation, or whatever insanity possess one to trade, the best thing to do would be to spend about 5 minutes a week calculating the Modified Value Cost Average (as opposed to Dollar Cost Averaging) of a good mutual fund (Fidelity, Vanguard, SteinRoe, etc.). But basically, instead of returning 33% on a pair of my mutuals, it returned 46.8% so far this year. The method produces that delta for any fund though, so if it was only returning 8% you could get 12% just by how much you send in every week. If I get time later this afternoon, I will post how. Basic math here, and I have a spreadsheet example if you want me to email it (trust me - lots simpler than the REI).
