No Steve, you were wrong. You have expertise in some areas, and you were close to similar things in the past, but I am close to this.
I am not backing away from my statement of no restructure charge; and I said up front there would be some merger costs.

You say "do your research and find out" what the charges were.
I don't need to do research. I have detail on close to $40M of the $44M. I have legal/regulatory costs broken out into 7 lines. I know what the SEC filing fee was, what the NYSE fee was, what we paid to each investment banks and accountanting firm and consultant, what we paid for travel to New York to work out the deal.

The restructure types of costs you expected to see aren't there.
