Yahoo.com shows consensus earnings estimates at only .06 vs. .15 last quarter and a recent downgrade from a strong buy to a hold by one analyst (the others still have strong buy recommendations). This is my biggest single holding and I'm probably a fool for that, esp. with the 144 filings that you mention (that aren't on Edgar yet). Usually insiders don't sell right before a great earnings report do they? Joe, give us some details on who and what was filed. Are you sure it isn't just the shares from the debenture conversion being filed? Are those required to be filed by insiders when they convert to stock, even if they aren't planning to sell the stock right away? The fact that the CEO has recently posted here for the first time adds to all the other factors and suggests some nervousness by management (or perhaps just investors). Joe, I suggest you sell and sleep better at night, if it's bothering you. There are other stocks where the insiders aren't selling. Good luck in your decision.
