Oh, well, now I know why they abandoned the well like they did....coil tubing is used a lot in workovers and completions in horizontal or nearly horizontal wells....

....don't know much about drilling with coil tubing....but would expect this is why they got stuck....you can't pull on coil tubing very hard....drill pipe is entirely different.

10m/hr is not that bad in limestone....it is just hard that's all.....maybe coil tubing is more suited to sandstone?
